1. These are the terms & conditions of our agreement and apply to all purchases of products by you from Babyland (Fleet) Limited via our website and you should read them carefully. These terms may vary from time to time and you should check them before making new purchases.

2. ORDER. You can submit an order for products to Babyland (Fleet) Limited by completing the details on our Shop order page. All prices are reflected in £ (UK pounds sterling) and include V.A.T providing the delivery location is within mainland U.K. You may also order via our mail order service by calling 01252  623233.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email.  If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of order and our acceptance (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies) we will e-mail you to advise of the change. Only credit and debit cards are accepted as payment via this site. Gift vouchers and credit notes not accepted.

4. DELIVERY.  Delivery will normally be within five working days, unless we email you to advise to the contrary.  Postage varies according to the weight and cost of the item(s) you have ordered and will be clearly shown before you finalise your purchase on our website.

Delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery only. For deliveries to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Eire please call or email for details.

Please note we are unable to send goods outside of the U.K or to BFPO addresses.

5. SECURE PAYMENT. We will charge your account for payment at the time your order is placed, using the Protx payment service.  The purchase area of Protx is secure, this means that industry standard SSL technology is used to allow for the encryption of  your credit card details.  Babyland (Fleet) Ltd does not know and does not store your credit card details.

6. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement but this right ends seven days after the date we deliver the products to you. Any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of credit to your account within thirty days. However we may have delivered or dispatched the products you have ordered. In this circumstance, you may return the products to us at your own expense, which can be arranged by one our advisors. Goods may also be returned to our Fleet shop if previously arranged. Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and packaging as we delivered them to you. They must be re-saleable as new.  To help with this this, we recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to withdraw. 7. WARRANTIES.  All our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for defects in manufacturing and or materials. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To the best of our knowledge the product descriptions on this site are accurate and up-to-date, but due to product development, design and specification changes, these may vary from time to time. The images on our site are to assist with your selection and you may find slight variation in colour. All weights and measurements are approximate.

10. PRIVACY.   Please see our privacy statement at the foot of our website home page. Note that the details you supply when you register on the website are controlled by you and you may change them if they are incorrect.

11.  CAR SEATS AND TRAVEL SYSTEMS.  It is your responsibility to check that the car seat, pram or travel system you are intending to purchase suits your requirements and, in the case of child car seats, will correctly fit your model of car.  We strongly recommend that you look at the relevant manufacturer's website or contact them to ascertain that you have made the correct choice. We cannot advise you on this but you can click here for a list of the main car seat manufacturers.  We do not take any responsibility for any accident caused by an inappropriate or wrongly fitted car seat.
